Hi, We're In Good Company

About Us

In Good Company was co-founded by us, Zoe Hawkins and Jo Wheatley, in 2011 and has become a global, world class, accredited coaching training organisation. The business is founded on courage, compassion and a drive to create a positive legacy through high quality coaching and coaching training.

We are both globally accredited, award winning (EMCC 2020) and award nominated coaches, with the business also being nominated for multiple awards. We are accredited coach supervisors and experienced group coaches and trainers. We have undertaken a wealth of coaching training ourselves and continue to invest in ourselves so we can continue to learn and grow ourselves.

We have designed our respected and sought after coaching programmes for courageous and compassionate leaders who are committed to supporting themselves and others to create a positive legacy in the world, aligning strategy with emotions. Our coaching approach is deeply transformational, drawing on a  range of evidence based coaching methodologies and we share the resources and mindset with our learners, helping them to discover who they are as coaches.

We designed our stand out Emotions Coaching Practitioner Training as ethical and in depth CPD for qualified coaches seeking to set themselves apart as coaches.

We continue to each have a limited 1:1 executive coaching client portfolio. If you are interested in working with us as individual coaches you can contact us at [email protected].

As the business has expanded with additional coaching programmes and formats, we have expanded our team, to support you as the learner, with people who share our values and coaching approach.

Today, In Good Company is supported by Shelley, our Training Coordinator, and with a team of facilitators. Behind the scenes there are also a number of other important people who support us to to support you.
