WHY YOU NEED NEURODIVERGENT INCLUSIVE COACHING
Neurodivergent individuals experience the world through unique patterns of thinking, feeling, and processing, which bring incredible strengths alongside specific challenges. Designed for coaches who are seeing more and more neurodivergent coachees entering their coaching practice, those coachees who know they are neurodivergent and those that don't. This course offers an opportunity to create spaces that honour these differences and empower individuals to thrive in ways that feel authentic to them.
Coaching neurodivergent individuals offers an opportunity to create spaces where authenticity is celebrated, strengths are amplified, and support is tailored to each person's unique way of processing and engaging with the world. The reality, however, is that traditional coaching approaches often fall short in meeting the needs of neurodivergent coachees.
Neurodivergent individuals navigate a world designed for neurotypical norms. This can lead to challenges in executive functioning, feeling able to be authentic and self-advocacy. However, these challenges exist alongside exceptional strengths, including creativity, problem-solving, and deep focus.
Coaching neurodivergent individuals demands a deep understanding of neurodiversity, a neuroaffirmative mindset, and a willingness to diverge from conventional methods.
Our Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching Programme is carefully designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to coach neurodivergent individuals ethically and effectively. You’ll learn how to create safe, strengths-based spaces where neurodivergent coachees can thrive.
This programme equips coaches with the tools to support neurodivergent coachees in embracing their authentic selves and achieving success on their own terms.
Join us in championing a coaching approach that fosters inclusivity, celebrates neurodiversity, and empowers individuals to bring their full selves into the coaching space and beyond.
We are offering the programme in two different formats. It is available as a facilitated programme or self guided. We want to ensure that that whatever your learning preferences you can access the content and develop your inclusive coaching space.
The Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching Programme will:
- Help you gain a deep understanding of neurodiversity and its impact on coaching relationships
- Develop neuro-affirmative coaching practices to create inclusive, supportive spaces
- Learn ways to challenge biases and effectively support the diverse needs of coachees
- Provide you with a suite of tools and resources to apply to your coaching
- Expand your professional knowledge and approach
- Earn CCE credits for ICF accreditation.
- Those in the facilitated course will expand their network and professional community with like-minded coaches who value being neurodivergent inclusive
