This qualification is delivered online through interactive online lessons, supported by a learning portal of pre-recorded lessons and video demonstrations
- 54 Hours of Coaching Practice supporting 4-9 coachees
- 2 Assignments plus 1 portfolio of your coaching practice
- 3 Hours of Coaching Supervision
- Take part in a coaching duo/triad to support your learning, meaning that you will receive coaching from one of your peer delegates
- Tutor support
- 6 months access to the Business Lounge, our community for coaches growing and developing their businesses
- Accredited with the ICF and EMCC at Practitioner level and is a globally recognised ILM qualification

What you can expect....
This course is delivered via blended learning. Each week you will watch a pre recorded video, read downloadable resources and then join us on a live call where you will practice and discuss what you have learned with your peer delegates.
We join you on the live calls to review the core content, answer questions, offer feedback, share examples and role model the techniques.
This course will challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone. You will also be highly supported throughout your qualification by your facilitators who will support you through every step to successfully achieve your qualification.

- The role and responsibilities of a coach, plus the skills required of an effective coach
- Learning styles and diagnostics and how to use them in coaching
- Coaching models including GROW and CLEAR, including coaching case studies
- How to effectively contract with clients and client organisations
- The role of confidentiality and ethics in your coaching practice
- How to plan, conduct and evaluate your coaching and mentoring engagements at the individual and organisation level
- How to elicit and use values in coaching to help your clients achieve their goals
- How to identify, challenge and change beliefs to support your clients with lasting, sustainable change
- How to use extensive tools across a range of coaching methodologies including TA, NLP and emotional intelligence
- To develop advanced listening, questioning, observation and feedback skills to bring about insight and learning in your clients
- All about reflective practice and supervision and how to support your ongoing development as an ethical coach
Throughout the course you will also be applying what you learn to your own experiences, therefore growing in self awareness and confidence.
