It is a globally recognised, masters level equivalent qualification with the ILM. What you can expect....
This course is delivered via blended learning. Each course lesson is supported by pre work. This pre-work is typically a narrated video, a video recording of a coaching demonstration and downloadable resources. It will take approximately 1 hour per lesson to prepare - sometimes more, sometimes less.
Following the pre work you will join the live call for that lesson where you will discuss and practice what you have learned with your supportive cohort.
The live calls are interactive and experiential. Your facilitators will answer your questions, observe your coaching, offer feedback, share examples and role model the techniques.
This course will challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone and you'll be highly supported throughout your course to successfully achieve your coaching qualification.

- To develop advanced listening, questioning, observation and feedback skills to bring about insight and learning in your clients
- All about the psychodynamics of coaching, including transference and parallel process
