Today we're going to be focusing on Contracting for a Coaching Conversation. We're focusing on this because it's such a fundamental part of what makes a coaching conversation different to normal conversations and sets your coaching relationships up for success. The better your contracting is at the start, the better your coaching relationship is going to be. So we're going to talk through some of the different parts of what contracting looks like and give you a bit of a demonstration around some contracting as well so stay tuned and enjoy.
