#023 Our Favourite Coaching Tools
Mar 07, 2022While in a coaching conversation, it is important to have the right tools to gain insights and perspectives on better ways to help your clients. These tools can serve as a way to access your clients’ thoughts and help them figure out the most efficient solution to their needs. In today's episode, we'll be sharing some of our favourite coaching tools and how you can use them to develop a natural style of coaching.
What you will learn in this episode:
- The coaching tools we use in our practice, and how you can apply them in coaching conversations
- Why your clients need to identify their core values and the beliefs around them
- The importance of using visual tools to guide your coachees
- How the five core drivers that exist within all of us can limit our decision making
Having an extensive toolkit is often a huge appeal to coaches, it's also useful to recognise that it's the way you use and integrate the tools into coaching conversations that's important too. As a coach you can play with different tools and techniques to learn as you go about what works and what doesn't. Being in partnership with your client is the most important thing
