#001 The Difference Between Coaching, Mentoring and Counselling

There are three approaches to helping others: coaching, mentoring, and counselling. Despite having different meanings and perspectives, they are all interlinked in a continuum. Join us in this episode as we explain what each approach means and how to incorporate them in your practice. We will talk about the importance of discovering your own path to being an ethical coach who stands out amongst the others.
