In this week's episode we are talking about how you can handle discomfort in coaching. This can be considered from both sides of the coaching conversation for both the coach and the coachee.

We will discuss:

- when as a coach you might feel discomfort

- how to notice the emotions that are beneath the discomfort

- the contracting element of coaching and how to discover if your client wants to coached in comfort zone or stretch

- how we know what discomfort looks and feels like for a client - the importance of rapport in coaching sessions

- what to do as a coach if the coaching relationship becomes too comfortable
