• What are we hoping to help our clients achieve using this somatic approach

In using this approach both ourselves and our clients are given the opportunity to connect within themselves and invited to notice what is being experienced. Bringing our awareness to these feelings can be different for some and may come more naturally to others so we encourage you to use this method in the right circumstances.
