Join Gwen to explore what it means to be a Neurodivergent Inclusive Coach. She'll share a model for coaching neurodivergent clients  supporting you to make active choices as a coach to create and facilitate practices that allow thriving in those who are so not typical.

Michelle Knight

Coaching that sees me. Centering intersectionality in growth and leadership

Michelle is a leadership Coach, former Legal Director, and DEI board leader who knows what it takes to rise in spaces not built for you. She partners with individuals and organisations to accelerate diverse talent and build inclusive, high-impact leadership pipelines.

In this thought-provoking session you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what intersectionality means in a coaching context, insight into how “not seeing identity” can limit client growth and safety and practical ways to bring identity awareness into your sessions—without overstepping your role.

This session isn’t about being an expert in every lived experience. It’s about coaching with curiosity, humility, and the courage to name what’s often left unspoken.

Laura Birch

Spirituality as an Act of Inclusion: Coaching Beyond Identity Labels

Laura is an EMCC Senior Practitioner Executive Coach. Her focus is on empowering leaders to unlock purposeful progression by creating supportive yet stretching spaces that foster growth, clarity, and authentic leadership. Laura has coached 60+ Directors into Partnership at Big4 firms and worked across sectors including Pharma, Insurance, Law, Media, and Housing. She integrates emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and Reiki principles into her work, helping her clients to shift mindsets, deepen impact, and lead with intention.

This session will take a soulful approach to belonging, presence, and wholeness in coaching.  Taking a relational approach, coaches will learn and explore the central coaching question of 'Do you see me?'

Julia Pardoe

Coaching for Global Voices: Creating Belonging for Second-Language Leaders

Julia Pardoe is a leadership and communication coach who specialises in working with international professionals and ESL leaders. With a background in education and public sector consultancy, she brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural communication, identity, and confidence-building. Julia helps clients develop authentic presence and impact, especially when navigating leadership in a second language.

In this session, we’ll explore how language shapes identity and how coaches can create psychologically safe, inclusive spaces that foster belonging for multilingual clients.

Clare Harris and Amanda Hobbins

The Role of Coaching in Creating Inclusive Cultures

Clare Harris is an experienced EDI consultant and coach. She’s passionate about helping people and organisations create truly inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive. Clare works with leaders to turn good intentions into meaningful action - making inclusion practical, not just theoretical.

Amanda Hobbins is an experienced leadership coach, specialising in academic research environments and science-led organisations. She helps leaders simplify complex challenges, influence without authority, and successfully navigate transitions into new roles or cultures.

This session will discuss:  What is an inclusive culture and why is it important?  What are culture multipliers and how can coaching unleash them?  What does this mean for us as coaches to evolve our practice.

Kofi Kyei

Creating coaching spaces for leaders to embrace their authenticity and the intersectionality of those they lead

Kofi Kyei is a creative, solutions-focused coach. He takes a holistic approach when coaching, understanding that imbalances in one area of our lives can lead to difficulty accessing our fullest potential in other areas of our lives. In supporting his clients, he draws upon his diverse experiences, and various coaching models, to bring empathy and love to the journey they embark upon.

Learn more about creating spaces for senior and executive leaders that  helps them acknowledge and embrace their authenticity and intersectionality as well as that of those they lead.

Hanna Keiner

Neuroqueer Coaching

Hanna Keiner (she/her) offers coaching for humans who think in spirals and constellations. After ten years in big tech and burnout, she reimagined her path by exploring her neurodivergent (ADHD + autistic) identity, rediscovering her creativity, and training as a coach. Hanna holds space for her clients to untangle threads, find patterns, and identify the path forward.

In this session, answer the questions: What neuroqueering is and who is it for? How can neuronormativity and heteronormativity show up in coaching?  What if…? Ideas to subvert, disrupt, and liberate ourselves from neuronormativeity and heteronormativity.
