Welcome back!! If you are just joining us make sure you read steps 1&2 first. If you have been waiting for Step 3 - sorry it took us a little longer than planned but here we go......!
In Step 2 we explored your motivation for wanting to Be, Have and Do all of the things on your list, so by now you should have refined your list to the things that really matter to you and what you have the motivation for.
Step 3 is about ensuring that the things you have on your list will have the impact on your life that you want it to have. So what you need to do now is decide the most important areas of your life, for example:
Health and fitness
Fun and recreation
Add, change or delete these to include areas of life that are important to you, then define what success means to you in each of these areas of your life.
Once you have done this, take each of the things on you list and in turn ask; “Will having, being or doing this thing improve the areas of my life that I deem important? Mark YES if it does.
Lastly, review your list and identify the Top 10 most important things on your list that will enhance your life. These are your top 10 goals.
