Employability Workshops

In 2011 Plymouth University reached out to In Good Company to design and deliver a series of Employability Workshops to support their students in developing essential Employability Skills. Now in it's 3rd year the Workshops have been a great success amongst students - and staff!

Plymouth University is passionate about helping its students develop skills that will enable them to be successful in the working world and In Good Company is honoured to be able to support Plymouth with this.

Over the course of the last 3 years In Good Company has introduced students to interactive, coaching style workshops that help students to develop skills such as:

  • Perspective
  • Decision Making
  • Team Building
  • Self Awareness
  • Organisation Agility

We have also helped prepare students for recruitment and selection processes by running events such as:

  • Demystifying the Recruitment and Selection Process
  • How to be successful in your applications

The workshops continue to be a great success and the feedback is so good that staff have started dropping in to top up their skills too!

“"I commissioned In Good Company to design and deliver a programme of workshops for the Talent Hub to develop the employability skills of students and staff. I chose them because of their experience, qualifications and passion for supporting others to discover, explore and achieve their potential. The workshops have been a huge success with great feedback and I plan to roll them out next year continuing our relationship with In Good Company. I would recommend In Good Company for their creativity, integrity, knowledge, delivery and ability to inspire others"

Sarah Stevenson, Talent Hub Manager.
